No — with over 7,000 factories recorded, it is not practical to visit every one. However, before any order is placed, the specific factory we recommend undergoes verification. We conduct a background check on the business license against China’s National Enterprise Credit Information system, cross-check certifications with issuing bodies, and confirm the factory’s export history. For higher-value or first-time orders, we visit the factory floor in person before production begins.

How do you verify a supplier before I place an order?

This background verification is our standard process — we do not recommend a factory without it. Samples are provided at the factory’s discretion — some are free of charge, while others require a sample fee depending on the product type, customization, and factory policy. You also cover international courier delivery. We handle the coordination: requesting samples from shortlisted factories, consolidating them, and shipping to your address with a comparison summary so you can evaluate before deciding.

What if the product I need is not in your database?

For toys: if our database does not surface a match, we go into the Chenghai cluster — our Shantou branch is physically there — and identify a suitable factory. For other categories, our advantage is location. Our Zhongshan headquarters is within 2 hours of Guangzhou, Foshan, and Shenzhen — all major industrial chains. We can access the local wholesale markets, visit factories, and identify suppliers on the ground. If we do not already have a relationship in a specific sub-category, we find one using this geographic access — then apply the same background verification process before recommending them to you.
