Toy imports are among the most heavily regulated consumer goods. Requirements by product type and market:

All Toys — Core Certifications:
EN 71 (EU) — Parts 1-3 covering mechanical safety, flammability, and chemical migration. Mandatory CE marking requirement.
ASTM F963 (US) — the mandatory US toy safety standard. Requires testing at CPSC-accepted third-party labs.
CPSIA / CPC (US) — Children’s Product Certificate with tracking label required for US customs entry.
GSO G-Mark / BD-131704-01 (GCC) — mandatory for all toys entering Gulf markets through SASO.

Most factories accept very low minimums from us, typically 1-2 cartons per SKU for plastic toys from Chenghai. Very few sourcing companies can offer this level of flexibility.
