How do you verify a factory is legitimate?
We check the business license against China’s National Enterprise Credit Information system. We visit the factory floor in person — if the production line, workforce, and equipment don’t match the claims, we walk away. We cross-check certifications (ISO, BSCI, GMP, product-specific) with the issuing bodies to confirm they are current and applicable to your product category. We also speak with the factory’s existing international clients for reference. This process has caught and rejected numerous trading companies posing as manufacturers over the years.
What quality control do you provide? Are you a testing lab?
We are not a testing laboratory — but we know when to bring one in. For every order, we produce a pre-shipment inspection report covering packaging condition, product appearance and workmanship, label accuracy, and quantity verification against the packing list. Photos are embedded directly in the report. For regulated products requiring lab testing (EN71, ASTM, CE, SASO, etc.), we coordinate with accredited third-party partners — TÜV SÜD, TÜV Rheinland, Intertek, and SGS — and prefer a collaborative model where you, the factory, us, and the testing lab are all aligned on the same standard.
Do you handle shipping and logistics in-house?
We work with licensed, long-term freight forwarding partners — relationships built over years of consistent volume. Our logistics team manages customs documentation, HS code classification, and freight booking. Every container loading is attended by our staff in person: we photograph the process, record seal numbers, verify carton counts against the packing list, and document the container condition before departure. For GCC shipments, we handle SASO Certificate of Conformity, GMark documentation, and Arabic labeling compliance before the container leaves China.
Can you handle small trial orders?
Yes. We negotiate flexible MOQs with factories and can consolidate small orders across multiple suppliers into LCL (Less than Container Load) or FCL (Full Container Load) shipments. For first-time buyers, we typically recommend a trial order of 1-2 cartons per SKU to validate quality before scaling. Our logistics team will advise on the most cost-effective shipping option for your volume.
