Our process is built around in-person factory engagement, not remote email chains. After understanding your product requirements, we shortlist factories from our network and our team physically visits each one — checking production lines, verifying certifications, and assessing whether the factory genuinely specializes in your product type. We then coordinate sample development, manage production milestones with on-site inspections at 30%, 60%, and 100% completion, and handle pre-shipment QC with AQL sampling. What is your real advantage — are you just another agent with a website?

We are physically located in the manufacturing clusters we serve. Our headquarters is in Zhongshan, at the center of the Pearl River Delta — within 2 hours of Foshan (ceramics/tiles), Guangzhou (cosmetics/auto), Guzhen (lighting), and Shenzhen (electronics). Our Shantou branch operates inside Chenghai, the world’s largest toy production base. This is not a virtual office arrangement — we drive to factories the same day you ask. We don’t outsource factory visits to third-party inspectors — we go ourselves. Company profile since 2014.

Can I visit factories myself? How does that work?

Yes — and we encourage it. The typical path: you attend a trade show (Canton Fair, Hong Kong fairs, CIBE, etc.), we meet there, and afterward you travel to Guangdong. We arrange visits to 3-5 shortlisted factories over 2-3 days, accompany you throughout, and help you evaluate what you see. If you cannot travel, we conduct the visits on your behalf with photo and video documentation — but nothing replaces seeing the production floor yourself. Our geographic position makes multi-factory itineraries logistically simple.

How many suppliers do you actually work with?

We maintain a proprietary SaaS database tracking over 7,000 toy factories in the Chenghai cluster alone — the result of years of on-the-ground cataloging, factory visits, and order history. For other categories (tiles, cosmetics, lighting, apparel), our supplier relationships are more curated — we work with a select group of verified manufacturers in each cluster who we have visited, audited, and placed orders with. We do not claim to have thousands of suppliers in every category. What we offer is genuine familiarity with the factories we recommend — because we have been inside them.

Can I source from multiple categories in one shipment?

Yes. We consolidate orders across factories and product categories into single shipments — FCL (Full Container Load) or LCL (Less than Container Load) depending on your total volume. This reduces per-unit shipping costs and simplifies your receiving process. Our logistics team coordinates production timelines across different factories to align completion dates for the same vessel.
